          Tamilnadu Government School Education Department has published the notification for School Lab Assistant Post Recruitment. It contains 4360 Lab Asst posts in Throughout Tamilnadu Higher Secondary Schools.

Exam Date: 31.05.2015  Time: 10 am to 12.30 am [2.30 Hours]
Minimum Qualification: SSLC Pass

Salary For Lab Asst: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs. 2400 (Per Month) (Nearly Rs.15000 /- first month pay)

Age Limit of TN Govt Lab Assistants Exam
Minimum Age Limit    : 18 years for all categories
Maximum Age Limit :
SC, ST    - 35 Years
BC, MBC – 32 Years
Others – 30 Years

Higher Education Qualified Candidates can apply in any age. No age limit for them.
How to Apply Lab Asst Post? - Candidates can apply through government nodal centre only. Cannot apply from private browsing centres.
Facility to take photographs is available at the Govt Exam Service Centres.
Candidates are asked to bring the Original and Xerox copies of the  following  Certificates.

Important dates for TNTET
The important dates regarding TNTET are.
  • The date when sales of form for paper 1 and paper 2 starts = 6th March 2017
  • Last date of purchasing form for paper 1 and paper 2 = 22nd March 2017
  • The last date to submit the exam form = 23rd march 2017
  • The last date to submit the Challan fee = 23rd March 2017

The tentative date sheet of exam for paper 1 and paper 2 is 29th April and 30th April 2017 respectively. The timings for the exam are from 10 am to 1 pm. The candidates should bring admit card at the time of the exam. All the information regarding exams is available on the official website.
Eligibility criteria for TNTET
