Introduction
The Gionee S10C in spite of carrying the S10 badge comes with very basic hardware specifications. The device has lower hardware specifications when compared to the Gionee S10 and the S10B. The Gionee S10C comes in three colour variants over its metal body.
Display & Camera
The Gionee S10C is the only device in its series to come with a 5.2-inch display instead of the 5.5-inch screen found in the other devices. The display has an HD resolution for a pixel density of 282 PPI, and it comes with IPS LCD technology. Capturing images is enabled by a 13-megapixel primary shooter and a 16-megapixel front-facing shooter. The GIonee S10C’s primary camera is a traditional unit with bare minimum features like autofocus and LED flash, the front-facing camera too doesn't come with any tricks up its sleeve apart from the fact that it is high resolution. However, the camera UI is filled with many enhancements for a flexible photography.
Hardware & Software
The Gionee S10C has a Qualcomm chipset which is surprising considering the fact that almost all the devices from Gionee use a MediaTek chipset including the S10 series devices. The S10C has Snapdragon 427 quad-core processor along with 4GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage with the latter being expandable via a microSD card. The device is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the front just like its siblings. The Gionee S10C uses Android 7.0 Nougat with Amigo 4.0 UI as its operating system.
Battery & Connectivity
The Gionee S10C brings with it a 3,100 mAh non-removable battery of Li-Ion technology. The Gionee S10C comes with all the standard wired and wireless connectivity options like the 3.5mm audio jack, microUSB v2.0 port, dual-SIM 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS and A-GPS
